Return Process:
1. Notification: Email us at customerservice@toucanwings.com with the following details:
– A photo clearly showing the defect.
– A brief description of the defect.
2. Processing: Once we receive your email and verify the defect, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
3. Shipping: Send the defective product to the address provided. Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any further damage during transit.
4. Refund: Upon receiving the returned product and verifying the defect, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Important Notes:
– Products returned without prior communication and approval will not be accepted.
– The return shipping cost will be covered by Toucan Wings if the defect is confirmed.
– Refunds will be processed within 3 days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
